It's easy asf. I'll explain: 1) download textaloud via google 2) download file and then you will get the installer . Just install it. 3) Open textaloud and there will be a down arrow thingy on the top. Select that and you will find 2 voices - microsoft anna and softscan daniel UK 22 hrz. Select than. 4) Then type whatever you want and then hit file - save audio file and save it , easy asf. If it still isn't working , your pc is like my poo. . use any one of 'em.
