Cayo Perico Solo Run | Quickest route without eliminating guards in compound
You can complete the entire compound without eliminating a single guard. The only downside is you will not get the gate key to enter from one of the side entrances. The fingerprint pad here is 1 on normal or 2 on hard. This entrance saves even more time.
If you want the gate key, one of many guards can be safely eliminated on your way up to the office. Most guards are in the path to be spotted by patrols or the additional guards after you loot the main target. Choose carefully. Please note there is an occasional bug that happens after looting the main target. The fresh spawn of guards will have one that has the potential to see you even though you are in the basement. This guard spawns without regard to field of view/walls. If you want Elite, restart from the sub in free roam.
Loot order should be Gold, Painting, Coke, Weed, Cash. If there is a Painting in the office, take it. Gold requires two players and you have to eliminate guards safely to get the second key card. Solo, you can collect Coke or Weed from either the Main Dock or North Dock.
I chose the Longfin approach due to it being the easiest to complete. Once at Cayo you do not have to do as I did and go straight for the tunnel. You can loot the Main Dock first if you prefer. North Dock and airstrip are generally not worth going out of your way for unless that is the only place Coke spawned.
At 02:24 that guard does not count because the game is already in a transition state. There are no consequences to this action. I did it "just because."
