Nio deliveries rebound to 10,707 units in Jun as new models bring relief

According to China EV Post, Nio saw a significant rebound with deliveries topping 10,000 units in June, driven in part by the release of new models including the ES6, ET5 Touring, and ES8. Although there was a decline of 17.39% compared to June last year, it was a 73.96% increase from May 2023. Q2 deliveries totaled 23,520, dropping 6.14% year-on-year. Despite this, deliveries met the lower end of their guidance range. For the first half of the year, Nio delivered 54,561 vehicles, representing a 7.35% annual increase. Notably, the revamped ES6 and the ET5 Touring, both launched in China in May and June respectively, played a key role in the rebound. Deliveries of these models are set to commence in several European countries in Q4. Nio also started deliveries of the new ES8 in China on June 28th.
