Two Oceans 800E Power Catamaran in 2016
Today we take a trip back to April 2016 when we took the first full custom Two Oceans 800E Power Catamaran, Ultra Vires, out for a sea trial in beautiful Hout Bay.
Ultra Vires was the first Two Oceans 800 E Power Catamaran to be launched. Powered by two Cummins 228 kW/305 HP motors, she is robustly built for transatlantic voyages and is capable of motoring long distances economically. She was custom designed and built as a luxurious on-the-water home for a surfing and kiteboarding family.
The Two Oceans 800E Power Catamaran is designed by award-winning yacht design firm Du Toit Yacht Design.
