Assalamualaikum, Mommika friends, I want to share a recipe for a cookie that's a must-have in your jars during Eid: semprit. This time, Mommika makes semprit from wheat flour. You can roast the flour first or use it straight away.
After baking and the cookies have cooled, place them in an airtight jar/container to keep them crispy.

Ingredients:
250g wheat flour
25g cornstarch
25g powdered milk
200g margarine
150g powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
Topping: strawberry jam
