This is How to Setup Plex Media Server as a Movie Sensor in Apple HomeKit
Install the Plex plugin for Homebridge - Very straight forward installation and simple way of enabling the plugin by using just 3 values and i.e. the Plex token, User & Player. Once installed - we will create 2 automation rules, when the Plex sensor is triggered and not triggered during a set period of time.
