DIY Pay Day Bar
If you like PAYDAY candy bars, you are going to love this easy to make recipe. These bars are super yummy and would make a great snack or holiday dessert bar. Recipe is down below.
Ingredients:
Baking spray
16 oz/ unsalted peanuts
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
12 oz peanut butter chips
3 cups of mini marshmallows
3 tbsp of butter
6 oz dark chocolate chips
Spray your 9X13 pan with cooking spray.
Place 1/2 of the peanuts in the bottom of the pan.
Heat and stir sweetened condensed milk over medium heat with butter and peanut butter chips in a sauce pan until melted. It will take 3 to 5 minutes.
Add marshmallows to the mixture and stir until smooth.
Pour your mixture over the peanuts.
Sprinkle 1/2 bag of dark chocolate chips on top of mixture (optional)
Spread remaining peanuts on top.
Gently press peanuts into mixture.
Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.
After 2 hours in the refrigerator you can cut them into bars.
Keep bars in the refrigerator.
