Tripod discovering a crowd of humans and exterminating them. Humans are scattered across the map and bleed out over the days survived. When a tripod spots a human it will either vaporize them with the heat rays or pick them up and harvest them with the tentacles.
War of The Worlds Game is an indie game I've been developing for a little under a year based off the 2005 Steven Spielberg motion picture. It's a hardcore horror open world survival game which throws the player into the middle of the extermination of mankind with the sole purpose of surviving long enough to find a way to bring down the alien machines. Loot buildings, fight off hostile survivors, stay hidden from the machines, and stay alive. Explore the landscape with a wide variety of different environments and buildings with different resources to scavenge. How long will you survive?
