INGREDIENTES!
Dough:
3 ounces cream cheese
½ cup buttter
1 cup flour
¼ cup cornmeal
¼ teaspoon salt
Filling:
1 tablespoon olive oil
⅓ cup sliced green onions (about 6)
1 jalapeño, diced
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1½ cups cooked black beans
1 teaspoon orange zest
Optional: 1 egg for glazing the empanadas
