Fridge door sensor, ESP8266, Alexa alert.
This video shows the fridge door sensor I built. It consists of two magnetic Reed switches in series and adafruit board. The sensor is connected to WiFi, it sends the alert to Alexa (and phone if you want) via Sinric app and skill. It activates when one or both doors stay open for more than 1min.
