I don't really know which one they will fight in the end, since both possibilities would make sense.
One thing I didn't mention in the video was that I think it is possible for Moria and Luffy to work together even though they were enemies, since Luffy did also work together with Sir Crocodile in Marineford, Mr. 2 after Arabasta and Robin did even join his crew, so I don't think that such an alliance would be problematic.
