Finding the STRONGEST GRIP at the Fit Expo
At the Fit Expo 2023 in Los Angeles I met the most awesome fitness and health creators and I challenged them to a grip test using the Handexer: Hand Dynamometer! We even got the winner of America's Strongest Woman to try! Grip strength is a good indicator of your longevity. It's actually a better predictor of death and cardiovascular disease than high blood pressure! I took this gadget with me to a convention and had everyone take the challenge with the hand grip strength tester.
