Kahmari's condition requires treatment throughout his life
Kahmari loves water parks, warm weather, and anything to do with Legos. He calls the GI team on the 5th floor of his local member hospital "his people" for the care they provide him for short bowel syndrome. He enjoys musicals and choir at school and watching America's Got Talent. Kahmari will need treatment throughout his life for gastroschisis, including monthly biologic infusions and iron or blood transfusions. Donations through Children's Miracle Network Hospitals have aided research for the GI team at his local member children's hospital, benefiting his current and future treatment planning.
