better looking townies with mccc ♡
in this video, i’m sharing the basic mccc setup i use to make random townies feel more cohesive over time.
the idea is simple: give the game better sims to pull from first, then use mc cleaner to remove some of the visual clutter that tends to make townies look messy or inconsistent.

my settings:
tray import percent: 100
import tray sim type: other sims
tray import sim name: on
tray import bypass by appearance: on
i use other sims because i do not want unfinished drafts being pulled into my save.
you also need a lot of households in your tray/library for this to work well, otherwise the game is more likely to reuse the same sims and you may start seeing duplicates.
