My first 3D printer is perfect for beginners and cost me under €100 used from the manufacturer. Very affordable, I'd say downright cheap. It's easy to set up and easy to use. I use the PRUSA slicer (free) and FreeCAD for 3D CAD, because Fusion 360 is now very limited in its free version. There are excellent German tutorials for FreeCAD.
