How to create a Mixer shout out command with an overlay using Mix It Up in 2020
During my stay in mixer, I've observed on how big streamers would give shout outs to fellow streamers and viewers. It's an amazing feeling to be appreciated by your community and this would be a good way to show it.
This is purely for Mixer but I am looking for ways to get it done for Twitch as well.
