When I heard of the passing of the Great Ron Martin, I went to my library on my phone and pulled up this old Ila Knight song, recorded 40 Years ago. I believe when he opened his eyes, the lyrics of this song became a reality for him. One of the most powerful singers I’ve ever heard, hands down, but had with that power could deliver a lyric with conviction. Keep his sweet wife an family ij your friends in your prayers.
