IFTTT has a lot of great uses, and WordPress is one of those.
You can use your WordPress.com account or use a self-hosted WordPress install on your own domain.
Not only can you add many recipes from IFTTT that can create posts on your WordPress account, which is great for content syndication, but you can also use your WordPress as the trigger for other actions.
This is a great way to boost your content syndication and even do things like create YouTube embeds. Since you can use RSS feeds with this type of recipe there is really no limit to what you can accomplish with WP and IFTTT.
