Want to make money in the stock market investing in 5G technology?

5G is the technology that is supposed to change cell phones, internet, and the way we live. As stock market investors, we can take advantage of 5G and make money though buying stocks that are going to benefit from 5G!

There are companies that are going to be cash rich from this new technology. Stay locked in for my top 5 stocks that are going to benefit from the 5G revolution.

#5) T-Mobile ($TMUS)
T-Mobile has just completed its takeover of Sprint. It is actually one of three companies launching a 5G network in the US.

T-Mobile is actually projected to be the first company finished building and rolling out their 5G network. Phone networks have little to differentiate on, and this could be a great early mover advantage that really drive new consumers towards T-Mobile.

T-Mobile had always been the underdog in the past few years. The company returned nearly 1000% as it competed as the low cost carrier. Now the company has broken through into the establishment ranks, and analysts see it punching side by side with AT&T and Verizon. T-Mobile spent A LOT of money building its 5G network. Look for them to aggressively take their status as a big 3 carrier and drive revenue.

#4) American Tower Corporation ($AMT)

About 88% of American tower’s customer base is wireless providers. They work with AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. AMT is structured as a REIT. American Tower builds the towers, and then rents out space on them to different tenants. It is a fantastic business model, and pays a modest Dividend.

#3) Qualcomm ($QCOM)

Qualcomm is a chip maker that makes chips that connect phones and other devices to wireless networks. It is going to be the market leader in the transition to upgrading devices to 5G technologies worldwide.
Qualcomm just wrapped up an expensive lawsuit and now will be supplying Apple’s chips for the iPhone for at least next 6 years.

According to Allied Market Research, the chipset market is expected to grow from $2.12 billion in 2020 to $22.93 billion by 2026. Every smartphone maker in the world is going to need 5G chipsets in the next few years and should secure Qualcomm’s future for years to come.

#2) Verizon ($VZ)

Verizon will be competing in much of the same ways that T-Mobile is, except in Verizon, you’re buying into the top dog. Going into both of these companies is not a bad way to diversify your odds of getting the 5G winner. Verizon is definitely looking over their shoulder at T-Mobile. However, their big advantage is maintaining their status as the “Best” mobile network and early tests look like this will continue, even if just slightly when all companies have their 5G completed.

Verizon also holds the majority of the business market, with most companies offering to pick the best and most reliable company, over the upstart T-Mobile. Unless the recession continues, then we will still see more of the same here.

Verizon pays out a nice dividend as well, which T Mobile does not offer.

#1) Apple ($AAPL)

The key stat that you need to know about Apple is the company has a 95% retention rate. This is the figure that investment experts look at to see how many people purchase an iPhone after they have had one.

Consumers had previously held on to their iPhones for a long time, which had actually hurt Apple a bit. This was the cycle that we have been looking forward to for years now, which gives customers a real reason to ditch their current phone, and upgrade with apple. The Apple iPhone 12 will be the first iPhone to be able to use 5G technology and will kick off a super cycle of iPhone sales.
