Farnborough 2012 -- Airbus unveils iPad "electronic flight bag"
Fernando Alonso, head of Airbus' Flight and Integration Test Centre, underscores benefits of the company's "FlySmart with Airbus" electronic flight bag portfolio for Apple iPad devices -- which marks an important step in the move to increasingly paperless cockpits. The portfolio was unveiled by Airbus during the 2012 Farnborough International Airshow.
