How to Create Pleated Skirts | CLO 3D Design Tutorial
In this tutorial, we will use primarily the Pleats Fold & Pleats Sewing Tools to create fully pleated skirts. We will also use the Fullness Line Tool to help with the waistband and the Spiral Pattern Tool to create a round pattern piece for our skirt.
