How to hide a slide in Google Slides — in under a minute.
To hide a slide using the Slide menu, click the slide thumbnail you want to hide. Then, go to the Slide menu at the top of the screen and select Skip slide. Now, that slide will be hidden from your presentation, and you'll see it grayed out in the slide panel.
To hide a slide, right-click the slide thumbnail. From the context menu, select Skip slide. You’ll notice a strike-through icon appears on the thumbnail.
To unhide a slide, click the dimmed thumbnail of the hidden slide. Then, open the Slide menu and select Skip slide again to toggle it off. The thumbnail will return to full brightness.
