I Automated My YouTube Shorts Pipeline With Python and AI
So I got tired of digging through my own videos to find the good parts...
Instead of scrubbing timelines for hours, I built a Python script that does it automatically using AI. It finds the highlights, adds captions, and gives you clean, vertical clips ready for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts — all with just a few commands.

It uses:
Whisper (for accurate transcriptions + word-timed captions)
Google Gemini AI (to spot the most interesting moments)
OpenCV + Pillow (for editing + styling everything)
