NAMHAL is an android-based complaint management system that is designed to provide ease to the administration in managing and resolving Namal residency complaints. NAMHAL offers a very handy dashboard, where different statistics are shown to each user. This application helps the administration to manage, resolve, filter, track complaints, generate reports and notify the user of residency, and shows the real-time progress of complaints.
