В своей речи господин Цапенко определил девиз акции GLOBAL OCEAN TREATY NOW! Был озвучен призыв обратить внимание на возможные последствия войны на экологию Чёрного моря. В своём интервью американскому телевидению были высказаны озабоченности и необходимость привлечь внимание всего Мира к этим вопросам.
Today, our representative Sergei Tsapenko in the United States and the United Nations took part in a campaign to preserve the ecology of the oceans and the Black Sea. In his speech, Mr. Tsapenko defined the motto of the GLOBAL OCEAN TREATY NOW! A call was made to pay attention to the possible consequences of the war on the ecology of the Black Sea. In an interview with American television, concerns and the need to draw the attention of the whole world to these issues were expressed.
