This was a fun little experiment as I had never attempted to clarify juice using Pectic Enzyme before. The results were not perfect but I learned a lot made a pretty good drink along the way!
This video was in response to a challenge that Cocktail Time with Kevin Kos made to Truffles on the Rocks*. I decided to join in on the challenge and recreate a drink featured by *Booze on the Rocks and *62nd Cocktails*. All fantastic fellow YouTube Mixologists...

1/2 oz Apple Brandy
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1.5 oz Clarified Apple Cider
4 dashes Ginger Bitters
