Welcome! In this video I go over how the horn and cruise control buttons in my 1989 Ford F-350 truck named "Bertha" get power. Fords of this era did not have a clockspring yet, so they used a pair of contacts to get power to the wheel. I show you what they look like and how they get power to the wheel. These contacts can get chipped and worn and then potentially be a fire hazard. If that occurs they entire turns signal switch needs to be replaced. This video should be good for most 80's to early 90's Fords.
