2025-YKS: Checking the Education Information in the System by Candidates and the Process of Selecting Education Information
In the evaluation processes of the 2025 Higher Education Institutions Exam (2025-YKS), candidates' secondary education level education information is used. Those who applied for 2025-YKS must check the education information they want to be used in the evaluation and placement processes at https://ais.osym.gov.tr/ÖSS/2025/1/Ba... in the Candidate Transactions System (AİS) between June 24 and July 1, 2025, and select and approve this education information by 16:00 on July 1, 2025.
Candidates who think that there is a deficiency/error in their education information must contact the secondary education institutions they graduated from/will graduate from and have their education information corrected through the Ministry of National Education (MEB) e-school system, and after this correction process, they must select and approve the education information they have corrected from https://ais.osym.gov.tr/ÖSS/2025/1/Ba... between June 24 and July 1, 2025 by 16:00 on July 1, 2025.
Candidates whose education information cannot be added to e-school must have their education information and, if any, their school valedictorian status processed by their schools via the Public Institutions Transactions System (KKIS) and then select this education information from https://ais.osym.gov.tr/ÖSS/2025/1/Ba... and approve it by 16:00 on July 1, 2025.
Candidates' individual or secondary education institutions' direct requests for changes/corrections to our Center will not be accepted and will not be answered.
All candidates applying to 2025-YKS must complete the education information selection process. Education information control, selection and approval processes will end at 16:00 on July 1, 2025, and the last selection made by the candidates between these dates will be taken into account. If the candidate has only one active education information on the date of the OBP transactions, this education information will be used. If the candidate has more than one education information on this date and the education information he/she has selected in the application is among these education information, this education information of the candidate will be used (For all candidates who have made or not made the approval process, in order to understand whether the education information used in the application is among the latest education information; school type, field, branch and school code information will be used.) If the education information used in the application is not among the active education information on this date, the candidate's most recent education information will be used.
