I went to one of the toughest places in the world to train as a fighter.

After years away from competition, multiple surgeries, and a long road back, I decided to test myself in Dagestan — a region known for producing some of the most dominant wrestlers and MMA fighters in history.

This video is the full story of that journey.

Over the course of several episodes, I trained inside local gyms, lived among fighters, experienced the culture behind Dagestan’s wrestling dominance, and ultimately stepped onto the mat for a real wrestling match — far outside my comfort zone.

This isn’t a highlight reel.
It’s not a tutorial.
It’s not a breakdown.

It’s what it’s actually like to go to Dagestan as a foreign fighter and try to survive their system.

From exhaustion and doubt to discipline and respect — everything that happened is here, combined into one complete film.

Dagestan doesn’t create champions by accident.
It creates them through pressure, repetition, and environment.

This experience changed how I think about training, toughness, and what it really means to earn respect as a fighter.
