Your PAL is a project completed by Michelle as a part of UX Pathfinder course in 2020. Prior to enrolling in the course, Michelle had a career as a graphic designer but lost her job during the 2020 pandemic.
Three months after graduating, Michelle has secured her dream job as a Lead Service Designer with New Zealand government, where she currently works.
