The MCPE Default 3D resource pack is aptly named, it allows you to add a 3-dimensional effect on certain blocks and in-game items.
It is very well done and does not distort the game for those who like to play with basic textures, most blocks keep the same textures with a simple little 3D effect.
Some 3D blocks will have some nice little details added, water lilies for example will sometimes have different colored flowers, if you take a look under the beds you can see slats and ground textures such as underwater or classic grass will have little details like shells or branches.
Note that more than a hundred blocks and items have received a little facelift thanks to this pack.
