Please use the following command for 32bit, 64bit or both.
32bit:
"%windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister"
"%windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver"
"exit"
64bit:
"%windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /unregister"
"%windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /regserver"
"exit"
REBOOT YOUR SYSTEM...problem Fixed...ENJOY!!!
