How To Check Stock In SAP
To check stock in SAP, you can use the transaction code MMBE or MM03. Here are the steps to check stock using these transaction codes:
Using MMBE:
Open the SAP GUI and log in to your SAP system.
Enter the transaction code MMBE in the command field and press Enter.
Enter the plant code in the Plant field.
Enter the material number in the Material field.
Click on the Execute button or press F8 to display the stock information.
Using MM03:
Open the SAP GUI and log in to your SAP system.
Enter the transaction code MM03 in the command field and press Enter.
Enter the material number in the Material field.
Enter the plant code in the Plant data/Stor. Loc. tab.
Click on the Views tab and select Stock Overview from the drop-down list.
Click on the Execute button or press F8 to display the stock information.
In both cases, you will see the stock information for the selected material, including the quantity of stock available, the quantity of stock reserved, the quantity of stock in transit, and the total stock quantity. You can also see the location of the stock and the valuation of the stock.
