F2P Yelan Build - 30k Raw Dmg With E!
Yelan F2P build ft. R5 Stringless. I was testing Yelan builds, and I came across this one that piqued my interest. The build features 2pc Tenacity of the Milelith, and 2pc Heart of the Depths with subs tats mainly on HP, ER, CR, and CD. I know Emblem is good on her sub DPS wise, but I never really tried this combination. Hope you guys get inspired from this, enjoy!
