Following are the reoccurring queries coming regarding the NEET (UG) 2021. The following are the answers for the same by NTA:
1. OTP issue
OTP issue has resolved. Kindly try it once again. The candidates who have submitted wrong mobile number/lost/Not is use will get the OTP on their registered email id.
2. Mistake in Bubbling/Question Booklet number
Please do not worry.
All such cases have been received and taken into consideration.
There will be no effect in your result.

3. Correction in particulars.
The correction facility is going on with phase 2. It is a onetime facility and no correction will be allowed. No request for any type of correction in application form will be entertained in a form of hard copy or email or letter by hand or by post. For more details kindly visit on website (neet.nta.nic.in) of NEET (UG) 2021.
4. Refund of duplicate payment.
The reconciliation process has not started yet. Kindly wait for some more time. Soon all those candidates who have made duplicate payment for the online application of NEET (UG) 2021 will get the refund of the double payment in the same bank account through which it is debited.
5. 2nd phase in NEET (UG) online application.
Phase 2 has started on 01.10.2021 and remain open till 13.10.2021. Candidates are advised to fill all the details which are required to be filled in the phase 2 form properly. It is a onetime facility and no correction will be allowed. No request for any type of correction in application form will be entertained in a form of hard copy or email or letter by hand or by post. 6. NEET (UG) 2021 re-examination
The NEET (UG) 2021 is already held on 12.09.2021, till now there is no such possibility of re-examination for NEET (UG) 2021. However, the candidates are advised to remain updated on the website for the latest information, any action (if taken) will be notified through public notice on the website.

7. Caste Certificate
NTA is the exam conducting body, verification of the document is done at the time of counseling. Gen-EWS, SC, ST, OBC, and PwD candidates will be required to produce the original certificate as per prescribed formats issued by the competent authority.
8. 11th class Detail
Candidates are informed that 11th class details are not mandatory. Candidates can leave the column empty if they don’t have the details.
