qPCR (real-time PCR) protocol explained

qPCR is frequently used in many labs around the world. It makes up for the major part of the testing strategy against Covid-19 right now and is applied whenever one has to determine gene expression analysis. Real-time PCR works with fluorescent reporters so that the reaction progression is visualized after each cycle.
