This video contains,
How to find out FWHM of a single peak or multiple peaks using Origin?
This video contins:
How to calculate #FWHM from #XRD using Origin?
How to calculate #CrystalliteSize from #X-RayDifractionData (X-ray powder diffraction) using Scherrer equation.
Here, I have shown FWHM calculation by the method used popularly by researchers. This is by multiple peak fit.
But, I follow quick fit for this particular case of determination of FWHM.
If you follow this method, we will understand later, why it is better than popular method.
In second part,
I show how Scherrer equation is used for determination of crystallite size from XRD?
The video tutorial also shows, how you can use a Excel or Origin template calculate the crystallite size.
