Google initially developed AngularJS, and it was widely used in many of Google's own products and projects. AngularJS was the original version of Angular, and it was first released in 2010. It was used to build complex and large-scale web applications such as Google Analytics, Google Fiber, and Google DoubleClick.
However, in 2016, Google released a new version of Angular, which is simply called Angular, and it is not compatible with AngularJS. Angular is a complete rewrite of AngularJS and it brought many new features, improvements, and a change in the architecture.
Currently, Google is still using Angular for some of their products and projects such as Google AdWords, Google Fiber, Google Cloud Platform, etc. But it's not clear if they still use AngularJS for any of their products.
It's worth noting that Google is a big company and has many different teams working on different products, so it's possible that different teams might be using different technologies and frameworks.
