Stages:
remove the SIM card and memory card trays;
warm up the Touchscreen with a hair dryer (t≈150/200℃) and dismantle the LCD module;
check the new module for operability;
clean the case panel around the perimeter from old tape;
glue new tape/apply glue;
install the LCD module back in place;
control check of the smartphone.
Done.
