CapCut Mirror Outfit Transition Tutorial

How to Create this Crazy Mirror Transition in CapCut
Step One: (Record Your Clips)
Stand in front of a mirror, place your hand on it, and hold for at least 5 seconds. Change into your second outfit, place your hand on the mirror again, hold for at least 5 seconds, and act like a transition just happened.
Step Two: (Import to CapCut)
Add both clips to your timeline.
Step Three: (Split the Clips)
Go to the first clip right when your hand touches the mirror, hit split. Then go to the second clip, tap “Overlay” to drop it below, go to right when your hand touches the mirror, make another split, and delete the piece in the back. Drag the clip right to the split we made.
Step Four: (Add a Keyframe and Mask)
Go to right when your hand is about to leave the mirror and hit split again. Go to the side of the clip in the back and tap on the keyframe. Then tap on mask, select horizontal, and position the mask right between the clones.
Step Five: (Animate the Mask)
Go to the end of the clip and drag the mask right over the second clone.
Step Six: (Final Adjustment)
Go to the start of the clip below, then drag it to extend it to the back.
Step Seven: (Export and Share)
Export your video, and that’s it!
