This series of six 1-hour webinars, presented by Carsten Strotmann, will enable a LINUX or UNIX system administrator to successfully deploy the open source Kea DHCP server. We will begin with a review of DHC protocol basics. Attendees will learn how to install, configure and monitor a DHCP server to assign dynamic and static IP addresses and IPv6 prefixes and configure appropriate client options, such as the default gateway and DNS server. The slides for this session are available at: https://www.isc.org/docs/2020kea-seri....

You are welcome to post your questions about Kea DHCP on our helpful community mailing list at https://lists.isc.org/mailman/listinf.... The Kea Administrative Reference Manual is online at https://kea.readthedocs.io/en/stable/. We also publish a knowledgebase of handy tips at https://kb.isc.org.
Internet Systems Consortium maintains and publishes the Kea DHCP software (and the now-EOL ISC DHCP system before it) under the open source MPL 2.0 license. ISC is a non-profit, operating to help support the Internet infrastructure and facilitate independent connection to and participation in the Internet.
