Hey, everybody. It's Mary Cheney, Marketing Manager, here at VoIP Supply. Today we're going to be unboxing Cisco's IP phone, the 6871, with the multi-platform phone firmware. Let's unbox the phone.
Mary Cheney:
I think this is our handset. It is nice and sturdy and heavy. Feels really good. Here's our handset cord. Here's the phone, information, the power cable. This is our stand. The 6871 has a color, backlit screen. The analog handset jack is a wideband capable RJ9 audio port. The 6871 also has a USB port for use with a headset. All the phones in the 6800 series have the following keys: lines, soft keys, two-way navigation, and select, services, a standard keypad, volume control toggle, speakerphone, headset, and mute. Additionally, the 6841, the 6851, then 6861, and the 6871 that we unboxed today all have hold resume, transfer, and conference. All the phones in the Cisco IP phone 6800 series are covered by a one-year limited hardware warranty.
