The reason for my Steam issue was due to having my integrated GPU turned on as I was using a VM to repair another computer and had forgot to switch it ofd before making this video.
If you experience the same Steam issue due to multiple GPUs the fix is “cp /usr/share/applications/steam.desktop ~/.local/share/applications/steam.desktop
sed s/PrefersNonDefaultGPU=true/PrefersNonDefaultGPU=false/ -i ~/.local/share/applications/steam.desktop”
