How to fix Steam BigPicture launch error on Sunshine
This video should fix an issue "The system cannot find the file specified" when launching Steam BigPicture in Sunshine using its built-in application. This usually happen to those of you who installed Steam to a different location instead of the default one, i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam
Big shout out to youtuber "The Infernity" providing the insight for me to come up with this workaround.

To fix this issue, simply create a symbolic directory link:
mklink /d "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam" "YourSteamDirectoryPathHere"
