ITA Airways Business Class Experience:
Recently, I flew with ITA Airways in business class from Amsterdam Schiphol to Rome Fiumicino Airport. The flight was operated with one the Airbus A320 Neo aircrafts which have recently arrived in ITA Airways' fleet.
The A320 Neo is a great aircraft and you could tell that this one was brand new. I sat in the first row and my seat was 1F. Plenty of space!
I think that ITA Airways did a great job. In Amsterdam, we departed with a small delay which is not unusual. However, the delay was compensated in the air and we landed in Rome on time. The inflight catering didn't disappoint. A very good lunch was served. The cabin crew was extremely helpful and friendly. In Schiphol Airport, ITA Airways' business class passengers can take advantage of KLM's business check-in counters, fast security lane and Crown Lounge in the Schengen area of the airport.
