Lough Tay, also known as "The Guinness Lake" is a strikingly beautiful lake located in the Wicklow Mountains of County Wicklow, Ireland.
It is one of the most photographed spots in the country thanks to its dramatic scenery and unique visual features.

It sits on a private estate which once belonged to the Guinness family and the lough is said to resemble a pint of the black stuff. The lake can be viewed from the R759 road which has many viewing points.


Glendalough Upper lake is one of two glacial lakes in the Glendalough Valley,
nestled in the heart of the Wicklow Mountains, Ireland. It is a place of stunning natural beauty, rich history and spiritual significance.

Nearby is St Kevins Monastic Site which dates from the 6th century when Glendalough was founded and which sits close to the lower lake.

Glendalough Lower Lake is the smaller, more accessible of the two lakes in the Glendalough Valley. It serves as a gateway to the wider Glendalough Monastic site and the surrounding Wicklow Mountains National Park.

Powerscourt Waterfall at a height of 121m (398ft) is Irelands tallest waterfall and sits on the Powerscourt Estate in County Wicklow, Ireland. It is fed by the river Dargle and flows year-round.
