Super hidden secret lore quest.
Apparently it was in Raindrops? I only know about it now because of the map feature in Prejunks.
It doesn't give anything but doing this quest will allow you to 100% the winter if you were wondering where the 2nd quest was. Especially because I found the locked trapdoor and didn't know I need the rusty key from Stray for it.
