Serious Squash: Consecutive Shots Into The Service Box
How many consecutive shots can you hit into the service box? It may look and sound simple, but I assure you it’s far tougher than it looks. This is a drill for any skill level. My records so far are 69 on the forehand and 74 on the backhand.
It’s not a drill you normally practice so it takes some practice to find the appropriate length of swing.
