I was challenged by Fredy Lee to do the 100 Rep Squat Challenge. The squat challenge was great cardio!! :D
MY SPECS ▹ 101lbs @5'2"
The rules were to:
#1. You have to squat your current bodyweight, rounded to the nearest 5. (i.e. 164.5 LBS = 165 LBS or 102 LBS = 100 LBS)
#2. You cannot go over 10 sets to finish all 100 reps.
#3. You have to go at least parallel.
#4. Don't die ;)
