I was able to find a re-upload of this video with audio on bilibili.com, thanks to that uploader for preserving this video. Also, thanks to J-2-Da-Man! ( / @j-2-da-man932 ) for providing me the link to that upload. However, the video quality was better in the Wayback video that lacked audio. So I used a video editor to combine the audio from the Bilibili re-upload with the video from the Wayback archive, and I uploaded that here.
